DEPOSIT

A deposit is required to schedule an appointment. Deposits paid go toward your appointment balance. Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, no show, or are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
